Religious Education- Resurrection Catholic Church

Resurrection Catholic Church offers Religious Education classes to students who do not attend Catholic grade schools. In baptizing your child in the Catholic faith, you accepted the responsibility of bringing your child up in the teachings and traditions of the Catholic faith. Our religious education program helps parents meet this commitment by offering religious education classes for children in Kindergarten through Grade 8.

Even after children receive the sacraments, they are encouraged to attend Religious Education classes each year to help them along their faith journey.

Two (2) years of classroom Religious Education is required in preparation for reception of First Holy Communion and Confirmation.

New Religious Ed. Student & Students receiving Sacraments this year

Opportunities for Catechists and Catechists Assistant Volunteers

This is an excellent way to truly “make a different” in the lives of young people in our parish. If you sense even the smallest flickering of a call to offer your time and talents in this vital ministry, do not be afraid.
